Just go to the registration link at the top of the front page on this website and follow the instructions to register..

Please Note:  if you have a child wishing to play outside his/her proper age category, please register the child in his/her proper age group and send an email to the league requesting a category change.  Please send the email to:  pmmbhl@hotmail.com
